Shipping, Payment, Refunds & Policies

Inventory

Most all of the items listed on nbeegold.ca are physically in stock at our retail store.

Some items may need to be brought in on a per order basis. If you need something but don't see it in our inventory, please inquire with us and we can work to order the items you need in.   

For large quantity orders, please check with us first to ensure we have enough of the items you require on hand in the shop if you require them right away.

Products may not always be exactly as illustrated in images on this website due to variability in materials and suppliers.

Due to costs of materials, all prices on nbeegold.ca are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment & Credit Policies

Accepted forms of payment:  E-transfer, Cash (in store), Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

Bulk Orders over $1,000 that contain discounted products may be subjected to a 3% service charge if they are paid by credit card.

Bulk orders over $1,000 that require us to order in additional inventory will require a prepayment of at least 50% before being processed unless other arrangements have been worked out.

Credit terms of NET 30 days on larger orders can be extended. Credit approval is at the sole discretion of NBee Gold/Casey Apiaries Inc and can be revoked at any time.

Orders made on approved 30 day payment terms that are not paid by the due date may be subjected to a monthly interest charge of 2.5% plus a $3.00 per month account handling fee.

Bulk Equipment order pricing can be individually negotiated. Please contact us to let us know your needs. Bulk pricing quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We offer shipping quotes on bulk orders for serious inquiries only.

Taxes are extra on all items except Nucs & Honey Products. HST/GST is calculated automatically by address of the province the order is purchased from.

Shipping

For all orders that require shipping, our website will calculate shipping costs to the address entered. 

While we take great care in packaging fragile products for shipment, shipping of fragile glassware (jars) cannot be guaranteed and is at the customers risk. 

We offer shipping within Canada only at this time.

We do not ship live bees, nucleus colonies or live queens. Pick up in store only on livestock.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. We use reputable shipping carriers, however delays can occur and we are not able to offer any compensation for delays that occur while the order is in possession of and en route with the shipping carrier.

Refunds

Refunds and exchanges are accepted on eligible items up to 30 days from date of purchase.

Sorry, no refunds and no exchanges on gift cards, beekeeping medications, nutritional products, honey and wax products, knowledge packs, or nucleus colonies/live bees/live queens.

Customers are responsible for checking their orders upon receipt. Any errors, omissions or damaged items must be reported to us as soon as you take possession of your order so we can make the situation right as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs of items authorized for return that were not shipped in error on our part, defective, or damaged will be paid for by the customer.

Returns will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee in situations where the return is not due to damage, defective goods, or an error on our part.
